Refund Policy

Please allow 3 business days for the application holder to address the issue and provide instructions for your resolution. If they do not respond even after 3 business days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit the dispute by sending email to information@kisafa.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.

Can the user’s data collectors share username and passwords on multiple devices?

User accounts should not be shared with multiple individuals and only one device should be used to collect data per day.

Will the user’s monthly/annual plan be renewed automatically?

Yes, the user’s subscription plan will automatically be renewed until he lets us know that he'd like to change the plan or cancel his account.
